A newborn reaches for warmth without philosophy. The heart races before the mind invents a reason. Goosebumps arrive before belief.
The body has always been speaking.
It remembers what the mind has forgotten.
It remembers safety. It remembers danger. It remembers grief. It remembers pleasure.
Perhaps intuition isn't mystical at all.
Perhaps it is simply the body recognizing patterns long before language catches up.
We've been taught to trust only what we can explain.
Yet some of the deepest truths are understood first in the bones, the breath, and the pulse.
The body was never waiting for permission to know.
Only the mind was.
