I have organized many golf day for charity or School ( when my kids were still at school)
Golf clubs prefer quiet days - either Tuesdays or Thursdays
The easy part about those days are that corporates get involved and they take 4 or 5 four balls each to entertain their customers/ potential customers
Once you have a full house the hole sponsorship is quick and easy and prize giving has loads of donated prizes
So it is pretty simple
An ADULT golf day is much more difficult. The course has to be exclusively ours. The price will be hugely expensive if we don't fill the course. The ESA ladies that want to promote themselves have to be available.
Loads of logistics involved

Would certainly be keen, but reckon you would need to team to organise this, and not to mention some funds available.
Would get a sold out full day if done proper.. and most likely make some cash out of it too.. but as said, alot of organizing required.
I would certainly take a 4-ball !!!

@Stevensteven247, I think this will be a good topic to discuss especially with Peterb at the next social on the 25th
Will also do some investigation and see if it is possible to do.
Will call on everyone's expertise and see if we can make this a probability.

Great idea and a great day out.
Need the ladies buy to support and be there
The top Gauteng courses would not allow it, the council owned courses would not allow it.
So I know of 3 courses that are members/ profit driven that would be open to this idea
BUT we need numbers to make it financially viable
