I would be honest and talk to the client to explain to him why I don't want to see him.
I would rather not do the booking than be in a session where things become mechanical and the client is let down, because we just can't click and I need to pretend or fake it. I hate pretending and faking it, and have much more pleasurable things to use my energy on, so no chance that I will do it.
It will be unfair towards the client to spent his hard earned money on a mediocre session with no connection, especially when it could've been prevented by you declining the booking and telling him the reason. I am sure most gents will be grateful for your honesty, although we know there will always be one or two odd ones out.

You get it. It's not that something went wrong on the booking or that the guy was drunk or rude (that would be easier to decline). It's more about my gut instinct. My instinct is almost never wrong. I just get that feeling that I should not see a person and as hard as I try, these bookings don't exactly go down wrong, but it doesn't go down lekker either.

When I get that feeling, and the client still wants to go ahead, I clarify that there is a no cancellation fee policy in place. Once he arrives, we start talking, he can sense there's no chemistry and then he leaves. I let him figure it out for himself.
