Photos and videos purchase question?

If you purchase a set of pics and videos from an advertiser here, who owns the rights to the image after the transaction?
Do we treat it like stock photos and have full rights? What stops a resell, assuming no piracy and drm issues?
Anyone in the know?

Possibly if one states that the photos are sold with the understanding that they are not for resell / further distribution and only for personal pleasure...there might be a case of breach of contract...?
