Lovely video are. Deep and spiritual thinking using Khalil gibran miss Franco thanks for sharing I'd think and like to say this rocky balboa quote both sustains and inspires me. In his words let me tell u something u already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough u are it will beat u down to your knees and keep u there permanently if u let it. U me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you get hit it's about how hard u can get hit and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done.

Eric Thomas has become a regular in my morning motivational sessions with myself.

"When you were created, you were designed to do what nobody else could do. And I'm telling you, when you become the right person, when you become the right person, what you do is you start separating yourself from other people, you begin to have a certain uniqueness. As long as you following other people, as long as you being a copy cat, you will never ever be the best copy cat in the world. But you will be the best you can be."

"You know other people more than you know yourself. You study them, you know about them, you wanna hang out like them, you wanna be just like them. You've invested so much time in them that you don't know who you are."

Oh yes and the famous Les Brown quote:

"Someone's opinion of you does not have to become your reality.."

Mr Kipling's poem IF:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings And risk it all on one turn of pitch-and-toss, And lose, and start again at your beginnings And never breath a word about your loss...

...If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run, Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it, And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

Thanks Ben, I hadn't thought of this for a while.

Thank you Ben,

Sorry I missed your earlier post!

If' by Rudyard Kipling

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can dream - and not make dreams your master,
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it all on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on!"

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings - nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Or in my case ! You will be a WoMan!
