Calling those things EXTRAS is CRAZY indeed. Base fee must be R1 if boob job, gfe, FH etc are considered extras for a wg advertising as a wg.

There's very few that offer this to be honest. I think from all my punts there's a handful that come close.
Sadly though many have since left the industry.
Currently
Either you get the deep kissing and affection or good conversation but not always both. Specially for us regular folk on regular budgets
