I know it's uncomfortable but I have a solution

Right now everything probably feels uncomfortable:
The temperature
The fact that it's almost the end of the year . Again.
Deadlines.
All the stuff .
Please remind yourself though - that everything is temporary.
Even the good stuff is temporary. Permanence is an old lie we still believe in.
So for the sake of all things mentioned, allow yourself some temporary relief and one hell of a release . Today. With me.
