How do i view the chats on Android phone, dolphin browser does not work

Log into ESA using Dolphin browser. When you open recorded chats the viewing screen has a flash player download link. Download the player however you'll need to first deactivate the ' download from secure only' for the player to be activated. Don't forget to change this setting after installing the player .

Easy, do exactly as Tappa suggested. Download Dolphin abd then access ESA from that browser. You'll find the flash download there.

I also have the s6, had the same problem, this is what i did using dolphin browser:
