If there is anything semi about you right now, well there won't be for long .
Not if I have anything to do with it.
And if you'd like me to have something to do with it...I HAVE THE BEST BODY IN JHB!
Usually gets the heart going when I say that to guys .... because it's a BOLD AND BALLSY STATEMENT.
If you're gonna have a contrarian idea - you had better be effing right. So i just never stop working out to make sure I'm always right.
I do have a commercial guarantee that if my body doesn't instantly exceed your expectations, I'll give you a litter of new born puppies , a case of red bull, and an aquarium that needs meticulous maintenance or all the fish will die.
