Sex Addiction Confession to Employer

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone concerned has tried confessing sex addiction to your employer? I know with addictions like alcohol or drugs your employer is obliged to treat it as an illness. Is it the same with sex addiction? A lot of my work time goes into seeking, procuring and having sex that it interferes with my work functioning. I would like to know if that by confessing it, could I have legal ground to stand on?

Addiction doesn't give that much of a legal point to stand on. As your boss can give you a flyer for SAA and that legally on its own is "helping out". Fuck up after and get caught skipping work to get your rocks off your fucked.
Some things are better kept hidden from the big boss.

Yeah you right. The moment I volunteered to my team I was using Crystal each time I went to the toilet the practically wanted to send someone with. Somethings are best kept secret at work

I would like to know if i confess a sex addiction amni allow to claim a fully paid sick leave for visiting a wg?
