Having invested in 2 furnished flats 3 years ago(ferndale, Bryanston.) leesees usually leave in early december. During a post punt conversation,
I mentioned my investment into both apartments to a girl I occasionally visit. She suggested, I asked if I would let her use the bryanston apartment as her late December workplace. In return she would pay R300 a day. Is this a bad idea considering how ignorant I am to this world. I didn't have a plan for the place till mid Jan? And the apartments are heavily secure so I assume I wouldnt have to worry about strange security issues. pros and cons? Good or bad idea? Kindly advise
