I just had someone try to make a booking today from 15:00-17:00. I always check nrs on the Ladies forum to be sure that the person isn't a time waster, etc. When I told him that the Ladies Forum has countless horrible things written about him, and that I would feel more comfortable taking the 2 hour booking, secured by a 15% deposit (deductible from the full amount), he starts threatening me.

Threatening me with fake bookings from another nr, COPS, and fake cops. I have the entire chat available (exported to email). He also said he, his dad and family are in SAPS.

Here are some msgs - "That's a real shame. I was actually looking forward to meeting you. Oh well, i would advise you to get ready.

For not going through with my appointment today, you will get loads of fake bookings as such.

That's why the other ladies did, or they stole my deposit or the tried blackmailing me, so I screwed them over us as they did me.

Even sent people to one of the blackmailers' homes to make a point.

So be seeing you real soon" AND "Listen my little dear I was a cop and I have family that are cops" AND "Nope it's just saying I'll see you soon not a threat"

He has now called numerous times etc, just because I sent this: "Babe, the Ladies Forum on ESA says lot of bad things about you"... "Ok, I'll honor today's booking with a 15% deposit. You could do an immediate EFT to either Capitec or FNB to secure the booking. It is deductable from the full amount"

PLEASE TAKE NOTE, if anything happens to me to please contact my loved ones, like Ms Eve, she will have this correspondence.

Wow Candice, I'm so sorry you have to go through this, you seem like such a lovely person.
I'm sure it's all bullshit, but hopefully the ladies on the forum can confirm if they had similar threats with no follow through.
But if he did start making a bunch of fake bookings from different names, that would really suck.
A possible way around this is to offer a quick call to chat to any potential new customers, or ask they send you a voice-mail, that way you can possibly recognize his voice if he keeps trying that.
I have had a few ladies ask for a call beforehand, and I quite liked that, it seemed to make things a bit more personal.

I am so sorry you wonderful ladies have to deal with such assholes, and it makes me embarrassed to be a male when I hear such stories

Maybe you should report it to ESA, which I doubt will solve the problem as you don't have to be a member to get an advertiser's contact details.
