My treatments aren't quiet by chance
They're designed to take you out of your head
and into your body
Even the talkers fall silent
Not because they're told to
but because their nervous system finally feels safe
Once my hands meet your body
your system takes over
Breath deepens
Thoughts soften
The mind switches off without effort
You don't have to try to relax
I make it happen
We'll reconnect with words later
But on my table
you're free to simply feel
