2) For the ladies, stay away from heavy fragrance bodywash, use something white or clear with minimal sent.

4) Dry yourself with a wet wipe and paper towels after a shower down there.

Back when I was offering fh , just an observation, I often had thrush and smelly vagina which was very upsetting for me, but I realized now that I no longer offer fh that my flower wasn't happy with constant lube and condoms....the female body isn't designed for that amount of lube and condom traffic....another thing is fingernails are dirty ,unless you are a surgeon who scrubs with surgical grade hand scrub .....since I've stopped fh and allowing finger penetration I no longer have these issues....guys dont understand the struggle as we want to be all good down there and every time we get an upset flower it's doctors bills for us....
