Good morning Gents if the Purple World.
Life happens and I absolutely understand it and have grace for it. However as a service provider I think it would be wise for me to ask for a 10% deposit to confirm a 3 hour or all day booking just because if one cancels it leaves me in an unfortunate situation where I for instance have 12:30-15:30 on a Friday without any bookings because I left it open for a client that booked and now has an emergency.
I trust you understand that this is in good faith and reasonable.
