They normaly work from private apartments, guesthouses or hotels. They very private

I'm not talking on behalf of anyone here. But if I were a SM, I would have been concerned about working at a venue that house women too. It might get awkward if a punter reacts negatively to hearing I'm a SM. Some oukies can get a little rude.
So yeah, I think Pumpkineater is right, you would just find them in private spots.
It has to be said: There is some very lovely looking SM's listed on ESA with good reviews.

Apparently- and I've heard from a few working SMs, the girls get jealous when they get busy and see more bookings than them. And then the SM clients and up getting treated a certain way when at the venue, judging looks etc that the guy is going to a tgirl. So as a result, most of them prefer to work alone. If they do share, it'd be with another SM.
