I just read a review where a punter said he paid a cancellation fee (half the rate) because the lady wasted his time and didn't look like her pictures. This made me reflect on my punting career and my refusal to pay cancellation fees. I'd rather go ahead with a booking (30 minutes) than give someone money for doing nothing. Lol, I'm probably in the minority on this.

I actually had an encounter with a catfish this year(She was Not from ESA). Once she opened the door I realised I've been dumped, she went from this young, slim, perky boobs, petite lady on the pics to a chubby, older, saggy person in real life. The only way to leave without drama was to pay a cancellation fee but that was never an option for me. So I went ahead with the booking (30minutes), I literally had to force my dick to get hard and stay hard and somehow I managed to cum (Lol probably coz I had her in doggy the whole time) and left.

100%. Cancellation fee is just a scam if the reason for cancellation is in the wgs side like not looking like pictures, not providing what was offered, being sick, on period, unkept, or hygiene off on arrival.

Exactly why I never pay them. You're just encouraging and supporting these scams of you do.

I think you're in the majority of experienced punters who would never. It's the wet behind the ears ones, usually not active in these sites that fall for this scam and pay.

Agreed, there is no such thing as a cancellation fee in this game. Anyone who says otherwise is talking kak. If you have to cancel, do so but don't feel compelled to pay for something you did no receive. Life sometimes happens and things go south. It is what it is.

I will pay a cancelation fee when it is my fault, like cancelling at short notice (i.e. less than 60min before start of booking).

But i will not pay a cancelation fee if the girl does not look like her pics, are way older than advertised, changed the services or the venue looks dodgy, untidy etc.

Valid point, now have you been in a situation where it's her fault and she blocks you from leaving the premises (e.g) Locks her doors until you pay or doesn't open the gate for you to leave? or causes drama (shouting/screaming) demanding you pay her?

Now my example are on the extreme side but I'm assuming some punters have either experienced this or try to avoid experiencing this.

I have. I took it outside and made an even bigger commotion than they did to get the attention Of the neighbours and security. Hooter, shouting alles. They openned after they realized I'm choosing the hard way. They have to explain to the neighbours and police what the commotion was. I'm just gonna say they holding me against me will and won't let me leave. No cash exchanged hands, nothing illegal happened from my side.

Yes, that is tough. I would not pay. But obviously if there is a pimp around, or her scene can cause unnecessary attention, i would rather pay.
But the situation can also be where she is the one not wanting to draw unnecessary attention....

My first punt went down like this. She was much older than her ad suggested, the room smelt like bad incense and she was playing some weird tribal music. It felt like a fever dream.

The trauma is not worth it. I pay my cancelation fees when she's done absolutely nothing wrong other than literally not being to my personal tastes. If she misled me though, she gets squat.
