Look, I gotta put this out there because I'm pissed and feel like an idiot. This was my first time ever trying to do this I'm a young guy, and I got completely played by a pro.
Girl was in a hotel just a few minutes away. Since it was my first time, I was nervous enough, but the first thing she tells me is "don't let security see you." I didn't know any better, so I just went with it.
She actually showed up, which made me think it was real. Then she hits me with the sob story: "The security guy here is a problem, I need to bribe him R200. Just give me the money now, I'll sort him out and text you the room number."
I handed her the 1k. She walks back inside.
And that was it. Ghosted. After 15 minutes, she starts with "wait another 20," then "the manager is doing rounds." When I finally said forget it and asked for my money back, she tells me the cash is with "some other lady" and I can't get it back till morning.
She's still posting ads as I'm writing this. She took my money, wasted two hours of my night, and made my first and last experience a complete joke.
