Here's what I noticed
No male advertisers advertised here for too long. So either lady punters don't use ESA or the other sites or the business isn't that good for gigolos.
A friend's bi son placed an ad a few years back but he only got gay business, not even a single female enquiry.

Oh ok well I guess another point of argument can be the fact that maybe guy escorts do not have much marketing as the ladies do, ladies might need escorts but they may not know where to find them.
