It depends on how much you have to lose, you can lose around 3kg a week in the beginning until your body gets used to dosage. Then it starts slowing down. You have to eat alot of protein because you loose muscle too, so need to exercise to keep muscle.

Not Mounjaro, but ozempic.
Used it for 12 weeks, did an 800 calorie diet with one limited cheat day per week after 5 weeks(which ozempic made much easier). exercised 6 times a week. Lost a total of 22 kg
