Hi everyone,
I've been reading that HIV prevalence among sex workers in South Africa is quite high, often quoted around 50--60% in various studies.
But ye I couldn't find any specific data about online escorts. Do you know if you are hiv positive

Yes. It is important to do testing regularly and one should be on prep as well have HPV vaccinations done. The best is to not take ANY risks.

This is why many of us insist on condom use for penetration or any genital-genital contact.
PrEP lowers the risk of HIV if exposed. But that is all it protects against.
There are other nasties I'd rather not get either, thank you!
