Thanks guys for touching base. The reason I wanna help in a way is she grew up in front of me like a daughter and this moegoe is laying hands on her. We can't sit back and think they sought out their shyt. She came to talk meaning shes crying for help and feels alone. But the consequences of her actions now, will determine the way things go. Best advice you can give is for her to open a case and don't get involved. You're hearing her side with no proof and a very coincidental timing.

She also won't lose anything but can only gain. Even an ANC will let her leave with whatever she went with so she won't lose anything, she just won't gain more and as Freakazoid said, the fact that there's kids and she's a housewife means she'll probably get maintenance and child support anyway if she can prove what she's saying is true. Ladies will always take pics of their damages specifically for this scenario so she's bound to have those pics and doctors reports to. Let the law play it's part and don't get involved. Just now you shoot an innocent man because she got a boyfriend on the side and wants out but with benefits and to appear the victim.

Thanks guys for all the advice. I think I'm leaning more to steer clear. If she made that bold step to talk then she is on the verge to seeking help and a perm solution.im going to give her all the info to help her and then the ball is in her court to make the decision. She needs to tell her dad so he can help her too. I don't wanna be the bad guy and he says I knew and never told him.
