BREAKING NEWS | Police are raiding massage parlours and lodges in the Durban area, checking for compliance and any illegal activities.

Members of the Metro Police's Tactical Support Unit and SAPS Crime Intelligence Counter Narcotics are leading the operation.

So far, one undocumented foreign national - from Zimbabwe - has been arrested.

Drug paraphernalia was also discovered at the same property in the Windermere area.

Although the manager claimed only massages were offered, there was only one table for about 14 women employed - and dozens of condoms hidden in vases.

The raid also coincides with World Day against Trafficking in Persons, which is commemorated today.

Some places in Durban have been suspected of housing trafficked women and minors, and police are currently investigating those claims.

Stay away from places with drugs or any ladies that you know may use . They are magnets. Their dealers are under scrutiny using advanced tech, so addresses are flagged.

Im thinking now. There are some real brave punters on esa. They love going to venues where they can buy there smoking things all under one roof. Not knowing that that place can be raided at any moment.
