The "10 Commandments" of Punting

Hi PW Punters and SPs/WGs/MGs...please help a Brother out, there was once a thread here on the "10 Commandments" of Punting.. I think this Month I broke one if not two of these Commandments, does any one remember them!!! In my decade+ of punting, this is the second incident for me....I just need to refresh and walk on the right side of the Punting World, coz I might just end up in hell!!!
Any ideas where I can locate them, please share if you happen to find them..sometimes we must go back to "Basics"..... "Purple World forgive me for I have sinned"
