At the risk of shooting myself in the foot. I'm attempting to start a thread opposite to the one about compliments from clients.

I saw a negative review today of a lady who had bad oder down there and as someone whose ph has been off balance I know how bad it can get. It was 5 years ago when a client privately messaged me and alerted me of the fact that something was off and I should go to the clinic. I admit I was offended and then I quickly simmered down and took care of business.
My question is. How many people out there. Whether punter or wg would tell a person that they need to do 123 to improve and did they take the advice?

If it comes from a person that truly wants to add his/her opinion and give advice out of actual experience, I will listen.
If the intention are good and to better the situation, I would be fool to act arrogantly.
If it is to belittle, break down ,harm or deceive with the intent to create a false impression, that criticism can be kept.
