If you staying in a half decent hotel, you not getting a girl in and even if you do, you can cause yourself major complications.
Only way is like has already been said, to hire an apartment.
There is no way I would do an incall at a girls place, even more complications.
These people are professional scammers, you will get fucked over.

I usede to get Russian girls into a 5 star hotel in Cairo during the 2008-2013 period, it became a lot more difficult in 2013, was challenged once but got away with it.
So would imagine impossible now ...1
