I confirmed my appointment for 5:30. I drove from Randburg to Midrand waited outside the complex for 45 minutes. She did not answer my calls or messages.
Wasted my time and petrol.

Fair point, but how do you notify fellow punters of a bad experience. How would you feel if you drive 20kms to be left waiting?
