Female condoms work great for the men with Big D. I use them often with clients. And both still 100% protected.

I do not trust normal condoms with Big D.

Downsides I've noticed
- do need to check that it is in place, can be fucked out of position if not careful.
Easy enough in most positions to ensure its still where it needs to be.

Now I only find them at government institutions too.
