I used Cabrexa. R600 / pm. After the second month I was fine and stop the meds.

I quit cold Turkey. Made that decision 26 years ago and never looked back
Family support is important. When I quit I got rid of all traces. Threw away all ashtrays. Lighters etc
Recently my resting HR was 47
I feel good. Punani tastes much better now

Day 730. Two years now. Ive got an App that reminded me.
So do I feel or look any different....uumm no. Food tastes the same and im basically still fat.
But......do I have allot of spare cash lying around that I use for punting.......also no.
When someone smokes close to me it still smells awesome. But overall its probably healthier.

Not an easy one.
It is an addiction.
