Dear ESA
May I suggest that all posts are shown in reverse order, so most recent first?
Its quite a schlep to scroll through to the most recent post.
Surely I'm not the only one with this request.

Dude, on the forum index page there are three columns "Subject", "Started By" an "Last Post" if you click on the subject it takes you to the first post and you need to scroll through, if you click on the "last post" column (next to the user name where it says "view") it'll take you to the most recent post.
