There's less risk as the venues have a reputation to uphold as they can't just up and leave to another place like a single wg can. There's much more of a financial investment. The only real risk is privacy as there's more than one girl which means possibility of seeing other punters.

Has this policy actually been approved? I remember it being tabled and a lot of talk about it but never saw any confirmation that it's been passed.

Venues are safer, chat to the hostess or manager about your concerns. Private residence are risky, you dont know wot you might walk in to and out with.
