Made a booking last week to see a lady at a venue I'm not particularly keen on. I liked her but she doesn't do outcalls.

I get there 20 mins after confirming and no response when I contacted her from the parking. A few mins later I get a message that someone else came through (in that 20 mins it took me to get there) before me and extended and I must wait 1 hour more.

Like I'm just supposed to sit there and patiently wait my turn. Although, I could have popped in to the nearby mall or something, I wasn't going to wait on her. What if the other punter extended by more?

I just left. She messaged me non stop that entire afternoon to come and see her again. She even dropped her rates by more than 50%. I just blocked her. I see her ad isn't up here or on other sites anymore.

But I feel you.
I think an aspect we may not always be transparent on is that punting is as much emotional as physical. When a booking went well we walk out feeling on top of the world. A high beyond logic!
So why then does it take so much to understand that a blotched booking results in a low beyond logic?
