Donate blood on the regular honey. It's the best cost effective way of getting a full blood test done and when you return in 60-90 days if you have any complications they will let you know. Also keep away from using Baby oils, Vaselines and Silicone based lubes or massage oils, stick to natural products. My personal preference is heated coconut oil.

It's very often oils and lubes containing petroleum that cause condoms to break.

I prefer contempo, skyn and durex.
Do moral of the story I don't do extra lubb before fitting condom on.
