Venue pricing in JHB

I cant understand venue pricing in JHB. I am sure the girls businesses must be suffering.
In PTA you get the hottest ladies at around R1.6K. I mean fucking sexy as hell. In JHB venue ladies session will cost R2K plus. Often not close to the quality of ladies in PTA. With the venue costs being the reason.
Surely the ladies need TO realise they will make much more if they changed their place of business.

That makes alot of sense, can't overcharge if you not the quality....

Well depends. It's already two different areas so more competition of super hotties in PTA (hearsay) so they competing with each other. Then there's probably less people in PTA so smaller pot of money. Then Jhb has much more punters so much bigger pit of cash, and thereby much more desperate punters too with more money that will pay anything to punt something remotely decent.
Same with the Euro chicks charging R4-5k here being rare and got for us but in a different location (their country), the wgs are 10 times hotter at around R1.5k and they can't even pull that there because the competition is hotter. End of the day, the market decides.
