I have posted a comment on this forum before, since then I have reached out to her and we have settled our differences. The session that we had recently was pleasant and she did try her best to make things good.

I think it's only fair that I update my previous review.

After my original post, Holly and I spoke directly and resolved the misunderstanding between us. Since then, we met again, and honestly, she completely changed my impression.

The experience exceeded my expectations in every way. She was friendly, engaging, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment we met. What stood out most was the effort she put into making sure everything went smoothly and that I had a great experience.

I also want to address the issue that led to my original review. I have paid deposits before without any problems, and after speaking with her and meeting again, I am satisfied that the situation was not what I initially believed it to be.

I left our recent meeting genuinely impressed. It's rare these days to walk away feeling that you've received more than you expected, but that's exactly how I felt. I felt it was important to come back and share that, because people deserve to hear the full story, not just my frustration at the time.
