From what i've seen and read, Arhwen is and has always been a strong-willed, independent woman who is not shy to speak her mind, so this is nothing new. While i don't always agree with her, like anyone here she is entitled to her opinion and she certainly doesn't seem the type of woman who allows herself to be bullied or intimidated and calls a spade a spade (oops).
What is clear though is that she is a more than competent SP over many years.
Yet now she is painted as public enemy no. 1 ?

Three things on that :

1) That supposition presumes intent, which is simply nowhere to be found. The lady takes flack for talking a lot of unrelated, irrelevant kak and fucking up potential conversations in the process ... not for giving kak service.

Be clear on the difference there, because it is material and if not being cognizant of that fact, you're kind of coming to a boxing match with one amputated arm, a malformed fist, a glass jaw, and poor eyesight.

2) Cognitive decline is progressive, it only gets worse over time. Decades ago it may not have been prevalent, now however ... sheesh.

Also : Have you geard about the Hot Crazy Matrix? It is worth a Google and wil yield moving pictures, so not a lot of effort required to get up to speed on that one.

3) If you (the indefinite article) can be discredited for whatever reason, then it is solely your (again the indefinite article) fault when you are. Shitty service begets shitty outcomes/reviews and while you (In this instance, Johnny English) may not have been subjected to poor service from the ones you assume to be the victims of malicious attempts at being discredited, it shows remarkable disregard for the position of the ones who felt aggrieved enough to start the shitty service conversation to begin with.

It doesn't make them wrong for having an opinion, and it shows character for having attempted to find a resolution, when the alternative would have been to just take the shitty service on the chin, to be ignored, treated poorly, and consequently let other punters pay school fees for themselves.

That kind of defeats the purpose of a Reviews Website, wouldn't you say?
