Few people can afford it.

Even fewer of those that can afford it choose to buy it with other options available that might make more sense to them.

Had a look at your website now upon your request and I was actually expecting to be pleasantly surprised seeing as you said you're not that expensive and kinda see entry level is R550 for a handjob.

I'm not saying it's not worth it or that you don't have tons of customers that see value in it. What I can say is that in general a punter sees a blow and go as a R250-350 service. Yours may be the best and it may be worth R10,000 for some and that's great but in general when a punter asks for this, that is more likely the expectation and when lots and lots of wgs charge R500-600 for 30 minutes FH and some of our top 10 highly rated are charging R700/hr incl OWO and CIM which often goes over an hour, it not an unfair expectation.

The Rolls Royce is catering to a niche market but most people can afford and are just looking for a Corolla or Polo that's still comfortable and reliable and gives great service but costs way less to buy and on fuel and maintenance.
