It's time to bid the farewell to Autumn for the year and welcome in the Winter.

It is indeed the time for change and as the season's change so do we, (and not just our outfits or our instinctive nature and physical urge to stay in bed and eat), but in allowing ourselves to change and evolve and embrace that in only 3 months it will be Spring again.
