I thought I should pick your brain on your version of true love.

Let's learn from one another, shall we...

My version of true love Will be:

"Do you ever feel like you are not happy in your relationship? It's probably because you chose love over your happiness, and that's always a wrong choice."

There's too much regrets and pain in some relationship that you wonder why bother even try. If it hurts so much that you can't breathe, then it's not true-love

Confusing situation hey!

But think of it this way, a punter is a person who gambles, place a bet, a player who punts, a person who propels or travels in a punt. It all sounds like a nice game to me, which married man and married woman can all come together and play. Imagine an entertainment board where all players play against each other and pay outs are the winnings returned to players. It's all just a game. While on the other hand true-love is a different story all together.

Having said the above, no I personally don't think you should feel disqualified.
