Good morning lovelies!
I am considering offering the below but would like to get some feedback about the viability of this and if you guys would be interested in something like this?
Online Booking & Payment Portal for Bookings.
Features:
-View available time slots LIVE
-Pay Online
-Automatic Membership / Loyalty reward program
-Automatic Refund when cancelling a booking
-and some other features I forgot this website offers.
What do you guys think?

Great idea, but expect to have similar "problems" as what ESA has experience with Credit Card payments.

Sounds good, but continue to advertise on ESA and only then customers will become aware of these facilities. Maybe include the info on your profile and the discussion forum?

Can be a good idea. But now for the big BUT: make sure that the details reflecting on the clients bank statement is very generic.

Definitely will continue advertising here. Im simply. Looking at an alternative payment portal and way of booking.
This way I can just login the morning and see when i have bookings and for what and prepare accordingly.
