The only thing that is certain is that you are NOT a heterosexual male. Heterosexual males are not even attracted to females that have all the female parts, but that were born male - that is why you often see hetero guys nervous around Thai girls and wanting to make sure it's not a post op. 1) homosexual gay men are not generally attracted to she-males as far as I'm aware

2) if you are attracted to natural women then you are definitely not a gay man

3) if you are not attracted to other natural men then you are not gay

It just makes you a man that has sex with men. MSM Not necessarily gay. If you are attracted to men and not women. Then you could be considered gay.

But it just depends on your definition of gay.
