The sex site industry is not that competitive so they will all price themselves quite closely. Sort of OPEC for the sex trade.

What i have seen is so called exclusive ladies advertising specials. As the point has been made your pricing model.needs to change. Price is no indication of quality in this space.

Here is a real life example of a good business brain. A lady not on this site but used to be charges below the R1K mark. She is very sexy. When i asked why she said she would rather have regulars. So she does not even advertise now and has not for a year and she is busy. Most of her clients have been seonf her for more than 3 years.

Simple: regulars will pay your bills, dont rip them off, even discount their rate, treat them like gold. Very sexy woman with great business brain.

There is some things we must buy - like food and petrol but then there is also the more non-essential stuff. Punting is a nice to do, it is not essential. As such punters must fall in with the open market principles and pay up. However WGs should ensure that their rates are market related and competitive

On the end of the day a number of issues are important to punters and this include price, quality of service and distance - the latter increases a punter's expenses and impact on time and comfort. WGs have their own criteria and will price accordingly. I believe WGs should test the market and price accordingly

This is exactly why I started this thread. I'd like to still cater for the cash stripped consumer, have a very low "in and out" rate, especially for them. Guess I'll stick by prices that work for me.

I remember when you started or when I started noticing you. You were based in Silverton surrounds and your prices were very low. I wonder how they was working out for you. Would have loved to book but I assumed you do not cater to black guys. Suddenly I also noticed a significant increase in prices on your specials. I wonder how that worked out for you. Point is you have enough info to go with your gut feeling.

My perspective as a punter.

I have to work a full day to be able to punt for 1 hour on my current salary. Mind you that's an hour of a budget punt with no extras. To go see Pinkie www.esa.co.za/escorts/viewEscort.php for example I have to work a day and a half or 2 days. So as much as I can enjoy a service the price makes it a once in be a while treat. Mind you there are other girls on this site and one of the advantages of punting is access to a variety of girls so even if I enjoyed our meeting,I might need to meet others too before our next appointment. I can barely afford 1 punt per month and I think I punt 6 times on a good year. And 3 of those visits may be to 1 girl with the perfect price to service ratio for me

The pricing issue can be debated ad Naseum.

My experience. With salaries remaining the same for the second year. Prices increasing all round. Budgets have been squeezed.

I was In the area of a popular massage lady working on her own.
Called and enquired on rates.
Told her politely it's beyond my budget.
She asked how much do I have.
We agreed on a rate.

When I met her she said the amount I paid her, was sufficient for the guest lodge daily rate and her supper.
So she thought 'half a loaf is better than none'.

It's the same as some retailers will give u discount whilst other have a strict no discount policy.

Also I don't have medical aid. Recently had some medical issues. I asked the doctor, xray dept, blood tests lab for a discount. I was pleasantly surprised at discounts of upto 25% was offered for cash payments.

So yes. It's left upto to the service provider.
I just seen 2 ladies advertising their rates. And also mentioning 'make a reasonable offer'.

It's tough for punters and WG as well. And it's going to get tougher.
