Rude and unapproachable person.

I called a lady. Mistress Katia for a booking and was very rudely cursed at and hung up on. Was first contact with her and only asked if she was available for a booking. I just want to know if this is something normal? Why dont people just say they are unavailable like a decent person will do? Or maybe it just a good sign to stay away...

What I suspect,some of them's hormones are unstable resulting in mood swings.Been a victim of this several times
