One often gets advised by friends to turn the other cheek, be the better person.

A thought on that, you can only turn the other cheek if you are being slapped on the other, not if you are being stabbed in the back.

There's always karma... I have no issue with karma, but I've found a wooden bat works much faster and gives you that Hands On feeling of satisfaction :)
Plus I hate the appeal of stabbing someone in the back. You miss out on their reaction.

Yeah , I found on two occasions when I lost my cool , a well landed blow on the solar plexus and on the bridge of the nose gives you the best satisfaction . Especially if he is quite big than you and doubled up on the ground like a baby or howling in pain with a bloody nose .
