OMG. Many rip offs on forum in DUBAI. Better take someone from here but only VISA thing seems to be a major issue here.

Visa's should be simple. Don't waste time with local SA girls if you're up there. Spend the cash, book a pornstar :-)

Be careful with them Russian chicks.... Never been to Dubai but heared of stories where guys are setup and get bust...lots a mullah to get outta trouble once bust...

Your best bet is to refrain from punting in Dubai. Been there seen a Yank land in deep crap due to a Russian. Rather attempt a one night stand with a non WG SA,English, Oz or Kiwi lady. You might be as lucky as I was and land up with a NSA for the whole month. Gain info at your hotel from locals employed,for all the hot night spots for foreigners excluding Americans you will be surprised how helpful they will be.
