Loving these reviews, especially Dons. Very insightful with constructive feedback on what needs to improve. I'll have my eyes glued on here before I make a booking.

That's why we have the review section, no? I think this is what separates ESA from the rest.
Pity as I was keen on giving her another chance today but I was told by the venue that she's gone for good, bloody hell!

Ah this girl. Pure magic. Such awesome memories. She had her head screwed on right though so I wouldn't be surprised if she never comes back, but I certainly wouldn't mind either :)
