Not a dumb question at all, usually workers at 4.20pm get together a smoke a joint to end the work day on a high note.
This was taboo and "cool kids" use to sneak off but fast becoming more popular these days with health benefits being used as an excuse.
Makes for less agro drivers on the highway if you ask me.

Wow,plus my vrou's b'day is on 20th April.
Guess we're gonna do alot of puff,puff,passing(on the left hand side) on that day in 2021...
