It's not seen as a essential product to buy. All shops have closed off sections like this. I wanted a yoga matt and they refused to sell one to me. If you can't get dumbbells use bricks. Adapt lol

And me, my treadmill went bust on me !!!

Luckily I bought a bench, dumbbell and barbell set a few days before the lockdown started.

I hear from friends that Sportsmanswarehouse was literally sold out of every piece of home gym equipment on the last day they were open.

Many peeps thought it would be a waste to buy equipment for 'only 3 weeks'. Now looking at a minimum of 5 weeks, they probably regretting it.

I doubt gyms will even reopen directly after lockdown. Its probably one of the highest risk businesses during an epidemic. Between gyms and Cinemas I reckon they could be shut for a good 2 months!.

I agree with you. I bought gym equipment for home and they were literally sold out, every shop even Mr Price Sport.

Time to research body weight exercises.

I am going old school since I do not have any equipment as well. Frog jumps, push-ups etc. At least it gets the heart rate and fitness level up.
