Did I miss a memo that went out sometime? Why are so many punters posting great reviews with a 0 rating?

Only gold members can give a rating. Normal members can however still review

Thanks for the responses. I understand this. What I'm asking is why punters give ladies great reviews but then rate the same lady in the same review at 0 and not more.

@dickshaft - can you post an example of this phenomenon? I have a feeling it's because the reviewer isn't a GM thus can only review but not rate.

This can happen ... if the GM forget to rate a point on her profile page and directly push the Rate the Advertiser button .. he can still continue with the review page but the points on that page don't count for the rating !!!

This sounds like a simple mistake. GM,s should note though that this will impact the ladies overall score negatively and they should take care when reviewing. Happened to me before but luckily noticed it before submitting.
