Good day , is it weird that I've been on this site for maybe a month and yet not booked any lady because I'm waiting that the one I want to be in Cape Town?

Have you communicated with the lady that you want whether she will be in Cape Town. I assume she is someone that is not in Cape Town and you waiting for her to visit Cape Town.
If you want her to come to Cape Town, ask her to come. Not all ladies travels across the various provinces.
